HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO SHIP?

All of our items are hand-crafted to order and on average take 3-4 weeks to craft. Our diamond stacking bands take 4-5 weeks. Need something sooner? Please send us a note at hello@revereandco.com and we’ll see what we can do!

CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?

Yes, you can select your preferred shipping speed at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! You are able to calculate your international shipping at checkout. If you have any questions about international shipping, please send us a note at hello@revereandco.com!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking information included in your shipment confirmation. If you are having any issues with your order please send us a note at hello@revereandco.com.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Yes, until the order ships there is no problem changing your shipping address! Please email us at hello@revereandco.com to let us know where your order should be shipped

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU USE?

We ship all jewelry via UPS or FedEx. For international shipments, we will sometimes ship via DHL if it will reach you sooner. Our ring kits ship using USPS or UPS.

DO YOU DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES?

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Revere does not ship orders to post office boxes. Revere is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
